Slugger Ken Griffey Sr. certainly had good baseball genes and, as evidenced by his consistent hitting, so too does his Hall of Fame progeny “Junior." After nine excellent seasons with the Reds, Griffey continued his solid batting trend with the Yankees, Braves, Reds again, and finally, the Mariners. From his 1986-1988 tenure with the Atlanta Braves, comes this game-used bat. Rated PSA/DNA GU 8, this Cooper model S216 bat shows excellent signs of authentic use, including a crack on the upper handle, tape and pine tar residue on the lower handle, ball contact marks with black ink transfer on the back of the barrel, red and orange bat rack streaks on the handle and barrel right, and abrasions on the upper handle stripes accent. The length is 34” and the weight 32 Oz. are stamped on the knob, and Griffey’s uniform number “22” is written on both the knob, and the barrel end. Full LOA from John Taube-PSA/DNA.

Opening Bid $200.
