You can practically hear the "Man on the Moon" chuckling, as you peruse this Jerry "The King" Lawler signed and inscribed baseball. Lawler's 7 strength signature spans, the west panel, sweet spot, and east panel of a moderately toned OAL/Brown ball. Applied by means of a blue ballpoint pen, Lawler's scripting reads "to Andy Kaufman from Jerry Lawler, with "King" inscribed above his signature. Kaufman, who was the self-proclaimed "Intergender Heavyweight Champion", was wrestling women as part of his comedy act, when he began an outrageous public feud with Lawler, that included a wrestling match that saw Kaufman carted off to the hospital after Lawler crunched him with a "piledriver" move; and a slapping and coffee throwing exchange on the "Late Night with David Letterman" show. Kaufman's bizarre brand of humor was beyond cutting edge, and it was revealed years later, that his feud with Lawler had been entirely staged.

Opening Bid $50.
