A very select few MLB players have attained membership in both the “500 Home Rub Club”, and the “3,000 Hit Club”. The preferred weapon of choice for one of these seven dual-citizenship holders is found here, with this Eddie Murray autographed game-used bat. Imagine the glory Murray experienced during this bat’s attributed period of use, from 1983-1986. The Hall of Fame first sacker was named an All-Star for each year of this stretch, while also winning two Gold Gloves, two Silver Slugger awards, and the 1983 World Series. Considerable signs of authentic use, including numerous contact marks, and a handle crack, indicate some portion of Murray’s great success came with this club in his hands. Turned by Louisville Slugger, this ash bat has a facsimile of Murray’s signature, and the model number “R161” burned into the barrel. Murray’s uniform number “33” is written on the knob, at the bat weighs in at 35.5 ounces, with a length of 35.5 inches. Murray has signed on the right side of the barrel, in blue with (“8.5”) strength, and PSA/DNA has assigned a game use grade of (GU 8). Full LOA from John Taube-PSA/DNA for game use; and auction LOA from James Spence/JSA for the autograph. Opening Bid $400.
