Two great traditions come together, with this 1955 Baltimore Orioles team photo advertising display. Sponsored by local beer brewer National Bohemian, this 20-1/4 x 16-1/2" countertop stand-up pictures the O's in their second season of play in "Charm City". The back is outfitted with a two-winged stand, that still functions as intended. Moderate age-appropriate wear is noted on all four corners of the faux wood grain frame, and there are two small surface gouges, which do not affect any of the player images. Otherwise, this vintage advertising piece is fairly solid, with abundant gloss and distinct images/text. A factory label on the back declares "Full Color Reproduction of the 1955 Baltimore Orioles, Compliments of National Bohemian Beer, Sponsors of the Orioles on Radio and TV", with "Mr. Boh" seen at center.
