"Admiral" on deck! Come to attention for this David Robinson game-used 1993-1994 San Antonio Spurs two-piece uniform set, with signed jersey. A towering 7-footer, the legendary Hall of Fame center owns glowing NBA and NCAA resumes, with one of the many highlights being the NBA scoring for the 1993-1994 season, a campaign that saw him suit up on in the offered jersey and shorts set. Both articles remain in attractive condition, with authentic wear readily noted.
Made by Champion, the size "46" jersey retains its original factory label on the front left tail, along with a "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the San Antonio Spurs" label, dated "1993-1994". Robinson has signed on the back number "5" patch of his number "50", and his name letter patches span the area above. Applied by means of a black felt-tip pen, Robinson's ("8") strength autograph is accompanied by the inscriptions "-50-, -John 3:16", references to his uniform number and Gospel scripture. The front of the jersey bears several patches, including the Spurs logo, Robinson's number, and the NBA logo. Located inside the waistband of the shorts are a Champion size "36" label, and a San Antonio Spurs label dated "1992-1993", with the number "50" handwritten on it, while Spurs logos are repeated over the gray accent strips on both the right and left sides. SCD LOA for game-use, PSA/DNA full photo LOA for the autograph.
Also present are (2) Navy media guides, both (NM) with 1983-84; and 1984-85.
