The big brain trust that built the mighty New York Yankees dynasty comes into focus, with this certified autograph lot of (3). For the incredible success they generated, these most excellent executives were each enshrined in the Hall of Fame.

Featured are:

Jacob Ruppert signed ("9-10", d.1939) New York Yankees check dated 8/24/22, made payable to B.B. (Ban) Johnson in payment of the American League office share for Yankees games played versus the Cleveland Indians from 8/22/22 to 8/24/22, as noted on the reverse side line listings. JSA basic cert/sticker.

Ed Barrow signed ("8", d.1953) The Rye National Bank check dated 4/9/52. Encapsulated by PSA/DNA with an Authentic Auto designation.

George Weiss signed ("9", d.1972) typed letter on Newark International Base Ball Club letterhead. Dated 1/19/38, this letter addressed to Yankees scout Joe Devine, discusses the release of Alvin Nusser, who pitched for the Yankees AA team, the Kansas City Blues in 1937. Weiss suggests contacting Seattle Rainiers manager Jack Lelivelt to see if would be interested in Nusser, which apparently he was, as Nusser's minor league stats show him with the Rainiers in 1938. JSA basic cert/sticker.
