It appears that very few of these Mays/Rose/Schmidt commemoratives were ever produced, and the small number that have surfaced in the market do not carry information about any limited-edition number. Nevertheless, it's an interesting concept to link Mays, Rose and Schmidt as the respective dominant figures of the decade, and to then have them notate the "60's", "70's" and "80s" below their black-marker "9-10" signatures. A curved "PLAYERS OF THE DECADE" plaque occupies the barrel adjacent to the Rawlings Adirondack stamp brands. NM condition. Auction LOA from JSA.
