Only 16 Graded! Extremely scarce 1954 Stahl-Meyer Franks Willie Mays portrait! Graded Poor 1 by PSA.This early "Say Hey" specimen measures 3-1/4 x 4-1/2" and comes from a regional "meats" issue that depicted only players from the New York area teams of the day (Dodgers, Giants, Yankees). With Mays as a cornerstone in the series, it is understandable that a genuine copy in any condition would be desirable. Despite acute creasing and additional handling, this "Big Apple" masterpiece still presents remarkably well.
