Graded 60 EX 5 by SGC. Breathtaking 1909-11 T206 White Borders Chief Bender (Pitching, with Trees) pose featuring an extremely difficult Carolina Brights advertising back! Of the eight total Bender cards judged by either PSA or SGC (regardless of pose), this sample survives as 1 of 3 at the grading level with none better. The properly centered relic features four barely touched corners which frames the colorful illustration of the Hall of Fame hurler. Moderate surface and reverse foxing is consistent with the technical judgment.
