Sharp 1961 Fleer Greats Baseball first series #1-89 set stored in an album. While it is speculative when the gilt stamped album was produced, the inner contents have endured the decades in remarkable condition! Each card was placed directly from a wax pack onto pages in the album and are fastened by only photo corner tabs. There is no reverse glue residue. The obverses are neatly arranged over nine-card sheets and present in high-grade with razor-sharp corners, clean edges and accurate centering. Keys include #1 Baker, Cobb Wheat, #14 Cobb, #31 Gehrig, #49 W. Johnson, #59 Mathewson and #75 Ruth. It is unknown what the conditions are of the cards hidden by the corner tabs.
