Commander-in-Chief! This 1990 Topps USA George Bush is a "must have" for the advanced modern collector. Purportedly only 100 copies of this #USA1 card were produced and distributed (primarily to President Bush) at a Yale University gala. A handful of copies were also bequeathed to devoted Topps employees and associates, along with reports that a few made their way into wax packs. Graded NM-MT 8 by PSA, this appropriately graded specimen displays strong corners, clean edges and accurate centering. The dapper Class of ‘48 Ivy Leaguer is depicted as the Bulldogs’ first baseman on the handsome black-and-white picture. The appropriately mentions Bush’s home as “1600 Pennsylvania Avenue” in Washington D.C. Only one graded better.
