Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicholas have placed their signatures on the front side of this cardboard U.S. Open periscope in Very Good to Excellent condition. “The Open” is printed on the top side of the 17 ½ x 3 x 4-inch device. Arnold Palmer has signed above the “O” with a strong (“9”) application. Jack Nicklaus has signed below the “O” slightly lighter (“6”). All the other (17) signatures, averaging (“5 to 8”), are on the back side of the periscope which is in the style of a golf scorecard. Key signatures include Hubert Green (HOF), Ben Crenshaw (HOF), A.
