Antique enthusiasts travel back to the early 20th Century with these (2) baseball board games. Dating from 1903 and 1912, these antique games are visual delights, with abundant display appeal.



Featured are:



1903 American Play Games Co. Parlor Base Ball is wood framed with dimensions of 12" x 15". The handsome playing field is also made of wood. and features a diamond at center, surrounded by scoreboard elements fitted with peg holes. Accompanying is a wood canister containing a pair of dice, a number cube, and (15) wood position pegs. Shows moderate wear, but remains very attractive.



1912 Philadelphia Game Mfg. Co. Major League Base Ball Game, sized at 13" x 19", this wood framed table game is hinged on one end, and has flip up brass clasps at the other end. When opened, the dimensions are 13" x 38". Two interior cardboard trays include a playing field, and a results wheel with printed rules. Also included are (21) wood position pegs, (3) dice, and (25) lineup cards, many printed with the names of Hall of Famers and stars. Overall, this ancient game is fairly solid, with moderate wear. The board is printed in several places with a 1912 patent date, while the lineup cards are dated 1917.
