Wow factor runs high here with this 1972-1977 Franklin Mint The Great Flags of America complete set of (42) sterling silver ingots. The Franklin Mint issued three versions of this set, with a full-size sterling silver set, a mini sterling silver set, and a gold-plated .500 silver set. Offered here is the full-size sterling version. Sizes and weights vary from piece to piece, however the reported combined weight of all (42) ingots, is a whopping 104 ounces. The total number of these full-size sterling sets created is 4,892, and based on the number of those currently available, this set positions as somewhat scarce.



A fantastic keepsake for the history buff, this collection commemorates all sovereign flags that have ever flown over what is now U.S. soil. Beginning with flags of European monarchies, such as Great Britain, Spain, France, Sweden, Netherlands, and Russia, this series continues through the American timeline, up to and including the current 50-star flag. Rounding out this collection are the Continental Colors, the first official U.S. Flag, the Lone Star of Texas, Mexico, the Confederate States of America, the California Republic, West Florida, Hawaii, and all other versions of the U.S. Flag.
