Light the goal lamp with the winning bid to claim this vintage AHL unused ticket. In a game rescheduled from 11/26/50 to 11/29/50, the Buffalo Bisons outlasted the Indianapolis Capitals by a score of 8-5 at the Buffalo Memorial Auditorium. The “Aud’s” capacity at the time was a little more than 10,000 seats for hockey games, so the supply of tickets was always relatively small. The supply of surviving unused, full tickets such as this one, has to be miniscule. PSA has recently encapsulated this superior single-owner ticket with a lofty grade of (NM-MT 8), which is good for the top spot on PSA’s Pop Report as “1 of 2” at this level with none higher. While the date printed on the front of the ticket is actually "11/26/50," the PSA label notes "1950 Buffalo Bisons - AHL. Bisons-8, Capitals-5, Nov. 29, Rescheduled from Nov. 26."
