Sports fans were treated to many great players in the 1960s including this quartet of sports legends. Served up are (4) 1968-1971 Sports Illustrated posters, which are all autographed by the depicted subjects. Each of these vintage 24" x 36" posters has been professionally mounted on either rigid foam or poster-board backers to assure their continued preservation. All present handsomely and the autographs average (“9"-"10”) strength. Featured are: #3N40 Gale Sayers, #3N1 Pete Rose, #2N2 Ernie Banks, and #8B2 Oscar Robertson. Robertson, which is a tougher poster to find, has provided a full name signature in this case, as opposed to his typical “Big O” signings. Auction LOA from James Spence/JSA.
