The "M&M Boys" provide a tasty collecting treat with this dual-signed baseball. Sluggers supreme Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris were at the height of their fame with the Yankees when they signed the offered ball circa the early-1960s. Though the factory labeling stamps are faded, the ball is identified as an OAL/Cronin model. Located on the sweet spot, Mantle's signature shows ("6.5") strength, while Maris's sought-after panel signature has been enhanced in unknown hand, with the result projecting ("7") strength. The autographs are spaced far enough apart that the Mantle signature could readily be displayed as a single-signed, vintage example, if so desired. Full LOA from James Spence/JSA. Opening Bid $400.
