Lot Description  

Extremely scarce selection of nine 1965 Fortune Shoe Company Football and Baseball stars. These action-packed black-and-white illustrations measure 9" x 12" per and each baseball player is uncatalogued! Very few examples from this Nashville-based company have surfaced for public sale. Includes: Football: (6 illustrations) with Gabriel (EX-MT), J.H. Johnson (EX), Meredith (EX), Ryan (EX-MT), Sayers (EX) and Unitas (EX); and Baseball: (3 illustrations) with T. Davis (EX), Killebrew (VG) and Torre (EX). Opening Bid $150.
