Sure, getting cardboards photos of your favorite players, and a stick of gum are great, but sometimes you just want something different. Way back in 1950, American Nut & Chocolate gave kids a nice alternative, with its "Double Play" brand. Inside one of these magical boxes, you found a felt pennant, a pinback button, and some candy, which was a pretty sweet haul for your nickel. If you saved your baseball cards, you had the players. Adding these AN&C pins and pennants, rounded out your collection, by giving you representatives of the 16 MLB teams playing at the time.
Round out your collection, with this 1950 AN&C complete set, featuring all (16) F150 pennants, and all (16) PR3-8 pins, plus (1) St. Louis Browns pennant variation. Condition is pleasing for the most part, ranging 85% Vg-Ex to Ex-Mt, 15% lesser. The pins are generally vibrant, with bold colors. The Chicago White Sox pennant suffers a 1/2" of loss at the point end, however the lettering is unaffected. Otherwise, the pennants are attractive, with deference to (3) with moderate point erosion.
