Generational greats Mickey Mantle and Willie Mays are teamed up with this pair of 1989 art prints, that were produced for the Marriott Corporation. Both limited-edition lithographs were produced from the original Topps artwork for the corresponding 1953 baseball cards of Mantle and Mays. Marriott purchased the original Topps artwork for these two classic cards at a 1989 auction, and then created signed editions of “2,000” prints each. Both are professionally mounted in identical frames measuring 12x16 overall, and present handsomely with deference to minor frame wear.
