Be amazed, with this pair of mementos signed by members of the 1969 "Amazin' Mets". In the first season of divisional play, the New York Mets really rose to the occasion, when a dominant pitching staff, and a squad of platoon position players paced the NL East with 100-62 regular season record. Steered by skipper Gil Hodges, the Mets went on to bash the Braves in the first ever NLCS, and then upset Earl Weaver's heavily favored Orioles in the 1969 World Series. This memorable unit is recalled in fine fashion with these (2) signed items. Auction LOA from JSA.
