The 5-1/2 x 3-3/4" correspondence piece features a blue portrait of Huggins surrounded by cartoon texts with anecdotes relating to his career. Despite barely noticeable perimeter wear including a slight crease near the upper right corner, the eye appeal of the World War I-era piece overwhelms any technical deficiencies. The reverse is unmarked.
