Following a century of futility long-suffering Philadelphia Phillies fans finally celebrated a championship when the Phils defeated the Royals in the 1980 World Series. Revisit this momentous occasion with this lot of (35) 1980 Phillies signed baseballs (average “8-9”). Featured are (33) orbs single-signed on the sweet spot and (1) multi-signed. Highlights are (5) with JSA basic certs/stickers: Carlton/Rose/Schmidt (all “9-10”); Carlton (“9-10”), McGraw (“9”), Rose (“9-10”), Schmidt (“9”). Balance have auction LOA from JSA.
