To the casual sports fan, the offered 1960s American Hockey League game-worn jacket hails from a lesser-known team and an even more obscure manufacturer. In Baltimore, however, both are revered institutions. Tailored from canvas by Maryland sports icon Charley Rudo, this Baltimore Clippers jacket proudly showcases the franchise’s black-and-orange accents to compliment the club’s more famous baseball counterparts. Within the collar, a “Charley Rudo” label is accompanied by a size “ML 42-4 tag.” Moderate wear. More on our website.

The cream-colored canvas button-down garment features a team logo patch sewn to the left breast, a “2” embroidered to the left sleeve in black-on-orange and a dual flag design (in black-and-orange hues, of course) on the right sleeve. Black-and-orange striped stretch ribbed cotton lines the collar, waistline and sleeve endings, while the collar’s interior if home to a “Charley Rudo Sporting Goods” Mondawmin Shopping Center label and a partially frayed size “ML 42-4” flap tag. All original with no alterations, the jacket shows moderate wear with what appear to be color paint transfers along the left sleeve.
