The Cicotte signature includes a personalized salutation and the inscription “White Sox Chicago”. Carl Mays a reputed spitball artist with a penchant for headhunting is best remembered for throwing the beanball that killed Ray Chapman of the Cleveland Indians on August 16, 1920. Also present are:
