While thunderous slam dunks were once the fare in Tracy McGrady’s career, the 6-foot-8 superstar is nowadays bringing the heat (from the pitching mound) for the Sugar Land Skeeters. These shoes and Houston Rockets jersey were worn and signed by the Florida-born icon in the former endeavor. The road jersey is signed on the back number “1” in black marker (“9” strength), while each Adidas size “16” custom-designed “T-MAC” shoes are signed in silver marker (both “8-9” strength). Tracy McGrady 2007-08 Houston Rockets Signed Game-Worn Road Jersey: the red pullover garment features “ROCKETS” sewn across the chest in white-on-gray twill, “1” sewn to the front and back in like fashion and “McGRADY” arched atop the back number in solid white block-style twill characters. Executed vertically in black marker on the back “1,” McGrady’s autograph projects (“9”) strength and clarity and is accompanied by his inscription of “1.” Gray trim lines the arm yokes and front of the collar, while gray stretch ribbed knit lines the back of the collar. An NBA silhouette logo adorns the left shoulder stirrup, while the vented left front tail is home to an “Adidas” label and flap tags that respectively denote “+2 LENGHTH,” size “52” and “2007-2008.” All original and unaltered, the jersey shows light wear.

Tracy McGrady 2006-07 Signed Game-Worn Shoes: a pair of black leather “Adidas” accessories with red accents and both “Formation” and “T MAC” designators. The size “16” footwear items are each signed by McGrady on the outer portion in silver marker (both “8-9” strength) and inscribed “1.” McGrady’s facsimile signature is embroidered in red on the instep of each. Light use is evident with moderate wear about the rubberized soles. The shoes were worn at the Verizon Center during the December 9, 2006 game between the Rockets and Washington Wizards and were obtained from a Wizards game day employee.
